The trees, the people, the politics, the little towns, the mellow way and of course, that fuckin’ maple syrup. Those little maple syrup candies? Those things DO NOT stand a chance around me.

I’ve been to Vermont 10-12 times, and love it more and more. I like how it is close to New England, but feels like it’s very own place? All those woods. The mellow mountains. Bernie Sanders! And a gaggle of friends who live in Burlington.

And lemmetellya, those rascals live a HARD life. Farm-to-table, free-range maple products. Smart people. Import cars. Clothing that wicks. Burlington is a small town, but with big things happening. The home of Burton Snowboards, that town has captivated my imagination since I was 13! When I finally visited in 1996, it was such a treat. The leaves were falling. Mid-October. Wet. It was perfect and I’ll hold those couple days lurking around Vermont close to me the rest of my days.

So we made a couple actions caps for Vermont. We’re calling it the “Vermont Stack”, and these green Vermonsters are READY for whatever. Go!
