Belle Adair

Reed Watson approached me about doing the design for Belle Adair’s new record, Tuscumbia. He was up front with me, saying, “We spent all of our money recording this at the loft. We probably can’t afford you." My first reaction in these situations? “Not a problem...I’m in!” Something to that effect. I liked the songs and their story. And that was enough to win me over. We put our heads together and banged out one of my all-time favorite record designs. They were great people to work with, and I’m so proud of how this one turned out! Bravo, Belle Adair-ists! Such a fun project. And for the record, the band took great care of me and compensated me lavishly. Forever appreciated.
