Bhuna

My talented buddy Noah Rosen and I go way back to my time in Bend in the mid-’90s. He’s an accomplished chef and knew Deepak Kaul from the culinary realms on his way up. And here’s the cool thing about Noah: He tells it like it is. No sugar coating. (Well, maybe a sprinkle of paprika or one of those cool drags of sauce like you see on the food shows!) Noah knows how to do all that fancy stuff in his beautiful cooking.

And when he told me about Deepak, he told me exactly how it would go: “He’s a wild guy, knows his stuff and will hold you to it.” And he did. Was cool to help him bring Bhuna to life!
