Where do I find my tracking link?
When your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking.

01. It is important that you enter your email correctly in order to get this email. You can access your tracking number within the body of the email you receive.

02. We made a handy diagram to show you exactly where to look for this tracking number. (We’re highlighted the tracking number in green for you in our diagram.)

03. Please check your SPAM/JUNK folder if you cannot locate this email.

04. The tracking number will take you to the USPS site. If their site hasn’t updated it does not mean there is a problem with your package… occasionally the USPS misses a scan, etc.

05. If you believe there is a problem, please give your package at least 7 business days to arrive before contacting us.
