Finex Cast Iron Cookware

I can’t remember how Mike Whitehead first got to me? Something about prison? My memory is hazy, forged in cast iron on this one. I went digging, and here was the missive that showed up in my inbox “Prisoner Seeks Graphic Design Advice...” That grabbed me.

We became fast friends, worked up the basic DNA of FINEX Cast Iron Cookware and it quickly took off! So many projects were slayed, until Mike stepped down to move east to White Salmon to pursue a new path in social work, as well as flying around the Northwest.

FINEX is still going today, and every now and again Leigh will whip me up a mean steak in our trusty № 12! That’s one of the first prototypes Mike gave me back in 2013! That thing is still kicking ass.
