U.S. Route 2 Westbound - Day 01

We left Traverse City tonight, trying to get a jump on the Labor Day logjam at the Mackinac Bridge. So we hit the road at 9pm, whipping up 31, over into Central Lake for a couple drive-bys, up through Ellsworth, into Charlevoix, past Petoskey and up to the bridge. That big bridge. Tomorrow morning, thousands of Michiganders would be doing the annual "Bridge Walk" with the Governor leading the march. I did it when I was 12 or something. Real freaky looking down through those grates all the way down to the water.That bridge.One last left turn.Trying to learn the GF1's long exposures.Leigh connecting to the world wide web.
