To Dad: Happy Father's Day

ONE OF MY EARLIEST MEMORIES: I couldn't have been more than three or four years old. 1976 or 1977 or something. I was asleep in my grandmother's spare bedroom. You know, with the bed that had the same set of sheets on it since 1964 or something? Yeah, that one. So I'm woken up by my dad. And he's got a little Lego set for me. And we build it right then and there. Opening the box. Unfolding the instructions. All of that.I'm pretty sure this is the set: The little Tipper Truck model shown here.We built it together and he tucked me back in. I'm gonna bet I fell asleep clutching the thing. I remember this.Thanks, Dad. I love ya.
