Ordered the "Side of Water Buffalo" today for the big cook-off.- - - -Did a poster for Reading Frenzy's "Pete Jordan, aka "Dishwasher Pete," Reading and Signing" event. He's got a new book out chronicling his quest to washes dishes in all fifty states. I used to read his zines, and bought a couple for the drive back up to Alaska to go wash for the summer. Still mad about that job. "Wash To Live, Live To Wash." A code to live by.Here's the poster kinda big to check out.- - - -Kinda bummed: The characters showed up today to deliver my new electric range for the kitchen, only to find out that I don't have the 220 volt hookup behind my current gas range. There wasn't anything they could do. A special "no thanks" goes out to the Home Depot eye booger that failed to mention any of this in the transaction. Now I know. So it goes. Tomorrow, I am ordering the gas version of the same one. Yay.- - - -No links today. Too busy with all the wildness around here. Gearing up for the big Get-Together, man.
