Something we saw junkin' down in Long Beach with Rose a couple months back...- - - -As May closes to an end, we do our best to muster up the strength, courage and heat-tolerance for the approaching summer months. Tough stuff. We aren't down with the hot days. Sure, we love a warm day like the rest of ya, but, we don't look forward to the excessively baked days. Not at all.- - - -Big Night Out: Went with Kurt and saw The Proposition downtown. Really, really good. Required viewing.- - - -The house is finally clean, and "where I want it." Sure, we got design projects, but, that shit's all manageable. It's the laundry, lawn mowing, sweeping, men's room cleaning and general domestics that wear us down. We run a tight ship and try to keep up on "keeping the place civil." It ain't easy.- - - -Here's a nice photo set from the Lips show in Bend, via some guy named, "Derek." Good work.- - - -Reading more and more stuff over at Paste magazine. I think I am going to subscribe.This was especially good: A little bit on Calexico.- - - -Already planning for the fall.- - - -The merch section is up and running.
