DDC Fall Tour 2008 / Day 05 / Mitchell, S. Dak. to Minneapolis, Minn.

Turning 35 today.Mixed feelings on it. Damn. One part freaked out. One part thankful to have made it thIs far. A tiny part afraid of time's weird ways. Mostly just plain "glad to be alive."What a world. The biggest goddamn "Thanks" goes out to Father Time, Mother Earth, the sun, outer space, the sky, the dirt, the lakes, the rivers, the oceans, the peaks, the valleys, America, Mom, Dad, Little sisters, Gary, Leigh, Portland, the graphic arts field, Freedom, the Interstates, Big S, friends, colleagues, heroes and to the good people of Guckeen, Minnesota for offering a gallon of gas at $2.96 a gallon.Spending the day in Minneapolis with Leigh and Ryno. Awesome. The DDC is closed for the day. Normal postings, shameless self promotion, cheap threats and lofty idealism will resume once we get a bearing on this "35" shit.
