DDC 2007 Spring Tour / Day 42 / Coug Country

Heading out of Indianapolis today, due south pretty much towards Bloomington. Gotta check that town out. First, John Cougar Mellencamp calls it home, second, that just might be it. Wait, a great record label called Secretly Canadian is outta there, as well as a slew of flatlander Indie bands. I'm pretty sure Molina and all the Songs:Ohia/Magnolia stuff has something to do with Bloomington. That Secretly label has all kinds of good stuff: A roster.I know that Son Volt always made a stop there on their tours, so it must be some kind of college town outpost.
