MAN, THAT WAS A LOOOOOONG DAY ACROSS AMERICA: Woke up in Valentine, Nebraska, basking in the 100 degree heat, and got whipping east on Highway 20 all the way to the Iowa border, through Sioux City, across Iowa, supper with the Lechtenberg gang in Waterloo, late night run to Dubuque, Mississippi RIver hoppin’, a smidge of Illinois and up to into Wisconsin, all the way to Madison! 700 miles or some shit. Damn. Too much for a dick easing into his middle age. We got to Madison in one piece. Leigh sacked out. I did a late shift preparing for a BLISTERING delivery of our “Tall Tales From A Large Man” speaking fiasco to the Design Madison “Make Shit!” Conference! Be there, Wisconsin! Tomorrow at 3:15 in the P.M., we do our best to lay waste to ALL in attendance! Seriously. Drove too far not to. Comments
