Just a little something spotted here in Michigan, on an old fence, still doing it’s job. Just like it did when it was 1975 or whatever. I don’t want to know what the new fence signs look like. I’m sure they are predictably heartbreaking. Savor this, fence signage wonderers. I know there’s a couple of you out there. There is One Comment
Man, that’s one of the greatest MI silhouettes I’ve ever seen. Like someone from another state who hadn’t looked at a map in years just drew it from memory. And the mixed-case type with odd letterspacing and inconsistent weights says “junior apprentice draftsman.” The mustard-and-brown palette could probably only have come from the 70s. Hope you’re having fun with the family unit, give ‘em my love. Posted by: PJ Chmiel on 06/20/11 at 8:49 PM
