Alright, we’re gonna do things a little differently on here this week. I got the call from Adobe Internal to contribute to their spirited “Adobe Experience Design Team” blog. So instead of posting stuff on here, I’ll be posting over there. And it just so happens that I’m back in the Midwest, just minutes from pushing off on a westbound road trip back to Portland, with my mom in tow. With the impending arrival of “the baby” from little sister Leah and almost-brother-in-law Jacob, my mom is coming out to Portland to the first string Grandma-to-be. Precious cargo, right? We’re leaving Ann Arbor here momentarily, heading over to Chicago by nightfall. I’ve got Paw Paw on the mind, and Paw Paw Citizen No. 0001 himself, PJ Chmiel. We’re on our way, Hoss! So I’ll be posting tall tales from each day on the road and of course, I’ve got a couple tricks up my sleeve, so, you know, stay tuned. Business as usual, readers. Just like I usually do, but, over on the Adobe site, with a couple twists. Here’s the first post, simply titled, “DDC vs. ADOBE INTERNAL, Day 01 - “Big Appreciation/Leaving Ann Arbor.” Get over there and get it going. And hell, leave a comment while you are there. Let’s show them who the hell they are messing with! Got some love for the big Adobe? Spread it. Got a bone to pick with them? Pick it. Got a gripe? Gripe it. We got the floor over there, and let’s do it right. Okay, I gotta go. 300 miles to Chicago. - - - - OH YEAH, ONE MORE FOR YOU: Dad pushed off an hour ago, heading back up to Traverse City. And when we part, we laugh, we embrace, and then we make sure we won’t forget each other: Here’s proof. There is One Comment
Very nice to see you again, it had been far too long. I’ll round up that fleabit range bum Ryno and we’ll make our way West for whatever adventure you can think of. Hell, maybe I’ll bring Elvis and Dan C. along too! Happy trails, I’ll be following the bloggin’. Posted by: PJ Chmiel on 04/26/10 at 7:04 PM
