There’s something to this. Of course there is. But shit man, who’s got the luxury of taking a year off? I mean, really? Superstar designers in NYC? Maybe. The rest of us? Hard to say.

I’ve been lucky enough to take fall tours the last five autumns, and yes, I’m itching to get out there and get lost in the leaves. Always. This fall, I’m working here in Portland. On all sorts of stuff for both clients and fun.
