Yesterday’s kickoff was incredible. Festive folks, good score, tones of amazing things seen, photographed and rescued. Hot dogs, Pulled pork. Cold brews. Etc. And, a little bit of sadness for John Hughes. Such an incredible talent. Check out the action from Day 01 here: “Day 01 - 2009 World’s Longest Yard Sale” - - - - WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU WERE IN NILES?: Field Notes’ very own Bryan Bedell went to Niles to check out the French Paper Company and friends, he wrote all about it, and you should read it. Good guy. Good paper. Good stuff. - - - - NATURE TAKES IT BACK EVERY TIME: The feral house of Detroit. (via Coudal Partners) There Are 2 Comments
The photos from the yard sale look amazing. Good luck on the rest of your trip, I’ll be watching the flickr. Posted by: Gregory Hubacek on 08/07/09 at 10:57 AM
