The big, beautiful numbers you see above are from an old package of nuts and bolts rescued from a garage on the outs, but a 100 yards from the Columbia River, separating Oregon from Washington to the north. This is the kind of stuff that stops me in my tracks.

THE KIND OF STUFF WE LOOK AT, AND DROOL OVER: Adrian Steel’s cargo van shelf units. We’ve got ideas about all kinds of things. Having a van outfitted with a bed, shelving and a desk of sort to work out of is one of those ideas. The kind of thing I think about while dozing off, being pissed I have to sleep. Damn. Something we say, “We’ll sleep when we’re dead.”

The brainchild of Scott Leverenz, and here’s what the main pages says, “An Archive of old comic book ads from the 1940s, 1950s, 1960s and 1970s.” Heck yes.

Start with “Cowboys and their BB’s.” Yer gonna shoot yer eye out, kid. Great, great stuff. Not to be missed.

Then find some honest employment in the “Get A Job” section.
