The little package decided to rear his pretty little head last evening Thursday November 29th around 8:30pm. The tyke weighs in at a solid 7lbs, 5oz and is something like 19 inches long. We are extremely blessed to have three amazingly talented widwives who allowed us a wonderful home-birth experience. Not to say that it was an easy feat by any means, but like the Van Morrison song goes, “It’s all over now, baby blue…”

Wow, man. Listen up, I’m man enough to tell all of you that I write these words with teary eyes. I’m moved. Goo has been a good friend since I got to Portland in 2002 and man, I’m real happy for his little family and the arrival of the new little man.
Little Remy. Cycle of Life stuff.
What a great Friday. Can’t wait to meet that little bundle of Goo.
