PIcked up this treasure off this wild site called, “eBaY” a day back or so. Maybe you’ve heard of it? Real happy with the purchase. It’s one of those, “too big to ship” sort of deals, so, I gotta go all the way to Quincy, Illinois to pick it up. This works out pretty good, as I’ll be whipping through there on my way back to Michigan as the fall tour fires up in a couple weeks. Real good. Big arrow. Welcome addition to the DDC Factory Floor.

My two methods of typing are the “hunt and peck” and “search and destroy” methods. I have developed an odd, crippled, three finger method that is able to hammer out a ton of words a minute. Every now and again I’ll realize I’m inputtin’ some shit, only to realize I haven’t looked at the keyboard for the last couple paragraphs. Then I get freaked out and break a little sweat.

Fixin’ to settle a new laptop. One of those MacBook Pro deals. Anyone got any tips, tricks to share? Should I get the 17-incher? Should I max the ram out?

Had a good jam with Zimmerman yesterday. He played bass, I played the drums. So fun. A good workout. Been getting into those skins something fierce the last couple weeks. Working real hard on the high-hat beat. I’m amazed at how yer body just sorta, “gets it” all the sudden and you start tapping that high-hat along to the beat, aside from cracking the snare, riding the crash and thumping the bass drum. Wow.
