The flight back from Whistler was rather bumpy. We were in the clouds the whole time. That made for some nervous moments. I love to fly and all, but man, I hate the turbulence. Makes me weak in the knees and sort of nauseous. I try to play it cool and read my mag looking “comfortable” and unbothered like the businessmen surrounding me, but usually just hunker down, cinch the belt tight and ride it out. I hate feeling helpless. At least you can hit the brakes in a rig, or yell at the driver to slow it down.
Back home (yikes) for a couple days to put the final touches on our Vegas tradeshow action. I’m excited to get out there and do some mingling. It’s gonna be interesting meeting the industry folk and seeing the next year’s new gear.
We got pencils done up with our logo on it. They fucking rock.
